After moving to Texas to pursue his studies at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Hatem spent over 15 years immersed in the service industry—learning, growing, and patiently waiting for the right opportunity. That opportunity came when Heidenheimer Coffee Co. went up for sale.

With a clear vision and a commitment to quality, Hatem took a leap of faith. After three months of renovations, Arusha’s opened its doors—fueled by dedication, heart, and a belief that great coffee and bold flavors could bring people together.
